These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoulMe mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by SoulMe ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoulMe, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

SoulMe is a habit tracking and productivity application that combines gamification elements with personal development tools. The App includes features such as:

• Habit tracking and progress monitoring
• Virtual pet care system
• Task and todo management
• Coin-based reward system
• Progress widgets and statistics

User Conduct

You agree to use SoulMe only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Use any automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Share your account access with others

In-App Purchases and Coins

SoulMe offers virtual coins that can be purchased through the Apple App Store. These coins can be used to:

• Purchase virtual pet food and items
• Unlock premium features
• Enhance your app experience

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SoulMe and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices. By using SoulMe, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

App Store Terms

Your use of SoulMe is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store from which you downloaded the App. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms will prevail regarding your relationship with the App Store.

Disclaimers

The information and services on SoulMe are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
• The availability or continuity of the service
• The security of data transmission
• The fitness for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoulMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to SoulMe immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoulMe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
